Refund policy

We want your pup to love everything you order. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@wagwell.co for a full refund or replacement. For returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is on us.
